Cotecna recently hosted a management and leadership skills training event for select Cotecna Group managers in the Middle East.
We are excited to announce the successful completion of a 2-day “Management & Leadership Skills” training event held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The event was organized by Cotecna for selected managers across all our group companies in the Middle East. This event brought together a dynamic group of leaders eager to sharpen their skills, share insights, and strengthen their ability to drive excellence within their teams.
Throughout the training, the participants engaged in a series of hands-on sessions, interactive workshops, and thought-provoking discussions aimed at enhancing critical leadership competencies. The training focused on skills such as strategic thinking, situational leadership, conflict management, communication, team collaboration, delegation and decision-making.
