New digital platform now mandatory for all new Saudi Quality Mark (SQM) applications
The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) has officially launched the Maneh platform, a new digital system designed to manage Saudi Quality Mark (SQM) certification applications. The initiative represents an important step in the digitalization of certification services, aiming to enhance efficiency, improve user experience, and streamline application procedures for manufacturers seeking SQM certification.
Effective immediately, all new Saudi Quality Mark (SQM) applications must be submitted through the Maneh platform:

What Is Changing?
With the launch of Maneh, companies seeking to obtain the Saudi Quality Mark for the first time are now required to use the new platform to submit and manage their certification applications.
According to SASO, the new system has been introduced to improve the efficiency of the certification process and provide a more streamlined experience for beneficiaries throughout the application journey.
To ensure smooth onboarding, applicants are encouraged to carefully review the registration guidelines and platform instructions before submitting their applications, helping to avoid delays during account activation and application processing.
What About Existing Applications?
SASO has confirmed that all current SQM applications already under review will continue to be processed through the Jeem platform.
Only new applications will be submitted through Maneh, while ongoing cases will remain on the existing system until completion.
What is Authentication Through the Saudi Business Center?
As part of the new process, access to the certificate issuance system is now linked to the Saudi Business Center authorization service, which manages user authentication and authorization for applicants using the platform.
