How to get Halal Certified?

In order to receive a Halal Certification from Cotecna, you will need to take the following steps:

1. Submit a Completed Cotecna Request for Certification (RFC) form.
2. We will review your application to determine the applicable certification scope.
3. Audit to determine halal compliance and required corrective action where necessary.
4. Evaluation review followed by a Halal Certification issuance.
5. Annual surveillance audits to determine continued compliance.

Note: A Halal Certification is valid for 3 years and renewal applications must be submitted to Cotecna at least a month before certificate expiration.
