Oman LVE & EER
Cotecna has been authorized by Oman’s Directorate General of Standards and Metrology to issue Certificates of Conformity for regulated products, including Low Voltage Electrical Equipment (LVEs) and Energy Efficiency Ratings (EER) Scheme.
The Omani Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) label gives consumers transparent information about the energy performance of a product model they buy or use. For applicable models exported to Oman, the label is mandatory. It must be affixed to the product and/or its packaging, confirming that the item meets the performance standards established by the Directorate General for Standardization and Metrology (DGSM) in Oman.
