Approving SQM’s update of the general technical regulations
Based on Article 9 of the Commission’s regulation issued by Cabinet Resolution No. 216 dated 31st of May 2010,
Regarding approving and updating the “General Technical Regulations for SQM” in accordance with the following:

| Addendum: 12/3/4 When an importer and/or exporter from inside or outside of KSA applies to obtain a license for products and commodities that previously obtained a license from the manufacturer, the granting authority has the right not to carry out tests and audits on the applicant, but the granting authority is satisfied with relying on Those results, as determined by the award procedure. |
| Addendum: 12/4/7 The granting authority has the right not to carry out the periodic control audit and/or the renewal audit on the importer and/or exporter - from inside or outside KSA - who wishes to obtain a license for products and commodities previously licensed by the manufacturer, but rather the awarding body is satisfied with relying on the results of the audit conducted on the factory, as determined by the awarding procedure. |
